Vangate Mall

Mc Donald’s Vangate Mall in Cape Town. I rate you 0 stars for service. Firstly, there’s two lanes at the drive thru. The security advised us to create another queue at the left lane. We stood there for 20 minutes, one car in front of us, not moving at all. All the cars in the right lane moved and we still waited. The driver of the car in front us then went to the window and they advised him to wait until they take his order at the drive through/left lane. We waited again and all the cars cleared up in the right lane. Eventually we reversed and used the right car. By that time 10 cars already went before us! Eventually when we ordered they did not have the decency to apologise. We only went for ice cream and had to wait so long. Secondly, we ordered two Oreo Mc flurries and 1 caramel sundae. I could hardly see the sauce on my sundae and the Oreo mc flurries hardly had biscuits. This is not my first time visiting vangate branch. There’s always a problem or service failure. Vangate mall should take lessons from Pinelands branch. Always receive value for your money at Pinelands
