V&A branch *********** staff, *****ing from customers.

ordered large chilli cheese mcfries over an week ago at the v&a branch capetown, staff misplaced it and did not replace my order, i exchanged contact details so their manager who was not on duty at the time could call to rectify the issue, i tried to call but call went unanswered, i tried to find an section on the website for complaints or correspondance which is not anywhere to be found, all i want is the product i paid for, the ideal wouldve been on the day it was ordered.
