Utterly Poor Service !!!

I ordered with the McDonald's delivery service at 11:00 today. The order confirmation showed that an estimated delivery time would be between 11:50 & 12:05. I made a call to the customer service line at 12:32 as my order had not arrived yet, bare in mind that there was not even an attempt to contact me from the branch. After a long hold, I was given information that I will receive a call back. At 12:43 I received a call from a gentleman named Bulelani who advised me that the driver encountered a flat tyre and that they given the order to another driver to deliver. At 13:06 still there was no delivery and I proceeded to call them again who advised that the driver is "a few minutes away". 17min later, my order status was marked as delivery and still no driver in sight. I proceeded to call the call center again who told me that the driver will be at my address in less than 5 minutes. To her credit the driver did arrive and delivered the food.

If i thought it couldn't get any worse, the fries were half filled in the container and after i added in the "special instruction" column that i required extra ketchup, there was absolutely no ketchup at all.

I am hoping that this complaint is not overlooked as I had a colleague who experienced unsatisfactory service from the same company and branch but nothing was done at all to address this.
