Utterly disappointed client

Hi. I placed a Mcdelivery order today. Took all the food I was given by the driver and let him leave. When I checked my order inside I realized that the 10pc nuggets was missing. I called the ********** 623 number and was assisted by Thando. She had me on hold for about 7 minutes and when she came back in the call she advised me that the store would call me back shortly. 20 minutes after speaking to her with no feedback I called the call centre again. This time I was assisted by, I believe his name is Tsholofelo. I struggled to hear him and asked for his name again, to which he rudely repeated his name. He asked for my problem and then transferred me to the store without even telling them why I am calling. The lady who answered the phone at the Columbine store after hearing my query advised me that she hasnt heard about this problem before my call. She then advised she will call once a driver gets in as there are currently no drivers... I get that McDonald's is a big store that probably does not need my business. But I paid for that food, and most likely contributed towards the salaries of all the consultants who gave me bad service. Maybe R50 is not a lot of money to you, but to me it is quite a lot. Please tell your staff that there are many jobless people out there who would do anything to get the job they have and be much better at it. I will be sharing my horrible experience with as many people as I can...
