Utter poor service

Apart from the lack of friendliness and poor customer service, Mcdonalds Pretoria Gateway is the worst ever Mcdonalds Ive ever come across. If they dont thumble your order on the drive thru on more than one occasion, they just never get your full order right apon sitting down inside. Even after we were promised to be seated and receive the rest of our order momentarily we had to practically go and beg for the rest of what I paid for to begin with 25minutes later. Then they ask me “didnt you get It yet”?? Seriously
