Utter poor service

To whom it may concern,

McDonald's Vosloorus Chris Hani

What utter bad service from staff and no apology whatsoever, elements like this that causes me as a customer to not come back.

It is with great disappointment that one had to always repeat an simple order and still get the order wrong & if my order isn’t wrong I have to wait in the drive thru at least 15 minutes or more. (Why would I go to a drive-thru if I still have to wait?)

No apology issued..

I would like someone to write me back about this. I’m done with Mc Donald!!!
