Utter disgust with Mc delivery and macdonalds

My order was placed at half past 6 on Sunday the 20th of November 2022 and 2 hours has passed and I have called the store and the Mc delivery app help like if which they have been no help I spoke yo sifiso the store manager and lelo the consulting at the Mc delivery store. They have no proper communication. I had order my supper and did not even get it and yet payment went off my account and refused to give me an immediate refund utterly disgusted with this service.
