Using Customer's

I really not happy with the McDonald's family reward promotion running now I got myself a BIGMac and I up sized it on the 1st of July 2019 . I then what's app and it only asked questions then stopped after asking if I'm from Gauteng , then after two day I sent an what's app again then it told me to e-mail for help then I did then , then I was given *120*3325# still to redeem then I was told I'll get an sms shortly and I'm still waiting for that sms . I'm really NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER cause I'm using my money trying to redeem the voucher and I used money to up size my food that day and still not rewarded and they making a lot of money from us . WITHOUT US THERE WOULDN'T HAVE MONEY COMING IN AND WITHOUT US THERE IS NO McDonald's.
