Useless will never buy food from them again

Last night I ordered on the Mc Delivery app which the order went through to Mc Donalds princess crossing Roodepoort and I did a online payment the app then showed that I would get our food by 18:00pm, 15min past and the driver calls me saying he's outside the house but he wasn't he then proceeded to say oh sorry I'm lost I'll be there now after another 15min I called he's phone with no answer eventually at 18:45pm he answers he's phone saying I'm so sorry I'm on my way I'm still lost the food only arrived at 19:10pm after I called him 5 more times I think that driver was playing me the entire time, I don't care how this gets done but I want my money back the service is perthtic I will never order from mc delivery or mc donalds again
