Useless Waverley Branch

<p>I'm having endless issues with the McDonald's branch in Waverley, Pretoria. If it's not a closed drive-through, it's slow service and even the staff giving my meal to another customer! But this time, I decided to avoid that branch and rather order online via the McDonalds app. Sadly, the app defaulted to the Waverley branch and after receiving my order and opening the packets inside, I noticed that some of my order was missing (1 big mac and 1 medium fries). So I jumped on the phone to try and sort this out. NOBODY I spoke with apologised for the mistake. So now I'm sitting, hungry, waiting for my burger and chips. McDonalds service quality has dropped so low they don't care about people anymore.</p>
