Useless Staff and customer service!!!

I bought 3 large grand chicken burger meals today from Mac Donalds Bruma; I asked the cashier to pack 1 meal separately and he said I should go to the next window and tell that guy; we went to the next window and my husband was screaming on top of his voice trying to get the guys attention while he was having an intense conversation with his colleague's; he turned around and gave us the cold drinks on a 4 cold drink holder; my husband then asked him to pack 1 meal separately, he arrogantly and sarcastically took out 1 cold drink and gave the 2 remaining ones to my husband while huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes and roughly handed the single cold drink to my husband. He then roughly threw the burgers at my husband and then turned around and continued his conversation!

When I got home I realised that there was only 2 burgers in the packet. So I called the branch and a woman answered the phone; I asked her who I was speaking to and she refused to give me her name replying to me asking me what do I want or who do I want to speak to; I asked for the manager and Jabu came to the phone, and I explained my problem and the 1st thing he rep**** was that "He knows about my burger and I left it behind by driving off " I was furious; I swore him and screamed at him telling him that his staff was having a jolly conversation with his colleagues and he had the audacity to blame me! ***...is wrong with the staff of Mc Donalds??? How can you have staff that are so dumb! Manager's with no s****, people answering the phone like they answer their cell phones. ***...***!!!

My remaining burgers looked upside down everything was thrown out and they did not close the damn lid on the cold drinks which spilt all over me while my husband was driving!

All this **** happened after a long hard day at work!

I am sick of companies that think they can just hire people from the street with no experience or s****s, you make billions but you cannot train your staff or afford to hire good staff! Stop being cheap and hire professionals man !!!
