Useless service

Your service is useless!!!! A while ago, no icecream, I was told machine broken. Last week, no coffee, you did not have milk! This morning, no boerie meal, you do not have onions!! It boggles the mind!!!! Pick & Pay not far from you in the mall, why not get milk and onions from P & P??? Who is in charge there?
