Useless service

This is now the second time we've used McDelivery, ordered our food and waited hours after the estimated delivery time and nothing. What completely baffles my mind is that we received a phone call from Mc Donald's to confirm our order, after waiting half an hour over the estimated delivery time we tried phoning them numerous times with no answer... On both occasions it was from McDonald's Parkrand... Absolutely useless having McDelivery if they can't even deliver our food... This was the last time...
