Useless service

<p>I can't believe when you feel you want mc donalds and decide to go and buy at carnival mall, guess what? their doors are open but they say they can't take orders because their system are down. and it will take approximately an hour to restart. so my question is, why are your doors open of you can't take orders? and that's not all. driving to another mac donalds and same thing. really???? </p>
