Useless McDonald's service as usual.

The first McDonald's ice-cream machine wasn't working (Sunward Park). We had to wait in line for 15 minutes because no one had a sign up that said as per usual the machine wasn't working. Went to a second McDonald's (Parkrand) the lady took our order, then said, "Please wait, I'll be back" left for a few minutes, returned and punched in our order. They then told us to wait in the parking lot for 12 minutes while they got our orders ready. 12 minutes for 3 ice-creams. They then took off their masks while they were busy with the food and continued to yell at each other. They then proceeded to serve the people behind us.
