Useless Mcdonalds pathetic service

I went to mcdonalds today in George Courtney street, It is my daughters birthday and she wanted mcdonalds. Got there ordered chilli cheese fries.... I must order on thw app..why the hell???!!!!! SonI goninto app and they want my card details and to save it *** ? But the best part Iust pay R1 to confirm my card. Trying my best to calm down we decided the kids will order happy meals instead and I will have an oreo Mcflurry... again try to order at deuve through lo and behold Ice cream is soft..... THIS IS NOT MY FIRST ISSUE WITH MCDONALDS..... THEY LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER
