Useless Mcdonalds in Centurion

I was at the McDonalds in Centuriona and I got arguable the worst customer service ever. First the queue was long and they only had one lady serving at the till.. Secondly they soda machine didn't work and instead of offerring us any other drink at the same price as the soda's they made me pay for those drinks as if I am the one who broke the machine or its my fault their soda machine doesn't work.
