Useless manager

The worst kind of assistance from a manager. I wanted to redeem the mcflurry from the app and it was not successful as an on screen error return on the self service pod saying that the coupon could not be found. I reported to the manager on shift Dumisani and he said that there was nothing he could do to help me. What is his purpose there as a manager??
