USELESS MANAGEMENT FROM GANDI SQUARE WITH THEIR STAFF MEMBERS

On the 16.09.2018 I ordered meals from Mcd Online, sourced from Mcd Gandi Square. When the order was delivered the delivery guy took my R50.00 extra and was only aware after I went in the office to give my colleagues their meals. I called the store and spoke to the guy( manager) i cant remember his name he advised that he was going to do follow up with the delivery guy then get back to me which did not happen ( i waited for the call). I again called the store and spoke to Nonki who advised that the store manager does not work on weekends funny enough i spoke to him and hour ago. Nonki advised that she will tell management to call me today before 10 day 17.09.2018 however till now i have not received any correspondence. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AND WANT MY R50.00. i want to know how is it possible that the store has no management on weekends, there can not be only staff members!
