Useless MacD’s

I placed an order at 1pm order only arrived at 14:32. I called the delivery service twice and all I get told is that they would contact the store. I then call the store and the manager tells me that I have to pay for the order because there is no terms and conditions that allows me to cancel an order due to late delivery. Shocking, pathetic customer service or satisfaction!
