Useless delivery service

We decided to try and order take aways for delivery from macdonalds for the 1st time on Saturday. After spending almost 30 minutes on the phone with a very slow operator we finally managed to place an order. We were ingormed that delivery would be 30-40min. An hour and a half later our cold food finally arrived. Unfortunatley most of the drinks spilled and one coffee was completely empty. I then phoned the branch again to complain. The operator Melba informed me that the call centre was already closed but she will follow up on Sunday. Sunday we got a call that a free coffee (which I paid for on Saterday) and meal would be delivered at 3 o'clock, the driver finally arrived just after 4 with the whole coffee spilled again and the one burger they sent ice cold again.<br> <br> Next time I will just get in the car and go to Burger King because I never want to go through the torture of ordering through MacDonalds again, and I still havent had my coffee.
