Useless

I phoned yesterday evening at 18:00 to order food for a company (15 staff members). The manager Vuyo took over from placed the order with me. My manager then phoned an hour later and got through to Vuyo who was extremely rude. She then told my manager that we should have used the call centre number ***which I did phone on. They claimed I never phoned their call centre. Then she told my manager that they thought we were making a joke when we placed the order. I mean come on how can you even think that. How *********** must you be to think that it is a joke. Eventually the food arrived at 21:00 then my manager chased the guy away saying that in the first place they were late and that we already made another plan. Musibudi then phoned and asked why we sent it back we told her that it was late and made another plan. She then told my manager the reason it was so late is that they could not read the order on the screen. Again how can you be that ***********. This is beyond ridiculous and I demand that something be done.
