Used my reward points, but there's no stock.

After using 4000 of my reward points at the kiosk in the store, I was informed that there is no stock. My 4000 points are now lost and the customer email service said points come back back after 33 minutes, please follow the steps properly? It was followed properly, not my fault I was only informed afterwards that there is no stock? Give me back my points!
