Upset

I went to Macdonald mams mall on the 31/12/2020,I went to purchase food for my family and when I got there,I ordered and went to collect my food and trusting them to do their job. I took the order and went home only to find that there were no juices for happy meals and no toys.my question is do they really forget or they do it intentionally. Cause its not the 1st time for me to find my order not complete. Now when you get back it's like u crying for nothing
