Upset Customer

To whom it may concern,<br> I am so disappointed in McDonald's Brackenfell as this is the second in two weeks that I've bought food through drive thru and did not received everything I ordered. This morning I ordered a sausage egg mc****in meal and I did not receive my hashbrown, but on the receipt it does show a meal and I paid for a meal. It is so pathetic, clearly your staff is not well educated as they can't read when it's a meal or not. I will never ever order from McDonald's ever again. Pathetic, well you have definitely lost me as a customer.<br> From a very upset customer
