Uppaling - Mcdonalds - Not Loving It
<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>So I went to buy food at the McDonalds in Florida on Ontdekkers & Gordon road last night. After waiting ( and I timed my waiting time ) in line for 36 minutes to be served I noticed that the state of the branch is shocking!! Most of the lights done work, the large banner is so faded and dirty that you can’t see what’s printed on it anymore. The one small “M” signs in the garden is not working and the other has been bumped as its standing skew. The gutter have been bumped od kicked in and they are as flat as pancakes, don’t know how the rain water gets through to drain from the roof.</p> <p> </p> <p>When someone eventually came to the first window to take my order the person could hardly speak any English, again SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!! When the so called “Drive Through” line ( It should actually be called Drive in and wait a while line ) eventually started moving I made it to the second pay window, low and behold no one was there to assist, I proceeded to move to the first collection window and the lady handed me my package and soft drink, I told her after pausing for 10 seconds, I have not paid as there was no one at the previous window, she then called another staff member to take my money as payment. 5 minutes later she handed me my change and had the audacity to ask me for a tip???????????? Seriously is that not why they are employed there to earn a salary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I would think that an international franchise as yourselves will take pride and care of the image and status of all you staff and franchises. If this is the kind of image McDonalds leaves on a consumer GOD only know what’s the food quality like and how’s it treated in the kitchen before it makes its long journey to the customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am appalled and discussed with McDonald’s and I will never support the franchise again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’m NOT Loving it!!!</p> <p> </p>
