Up grade in looks -- DOWNGRADE in Service

Ottery McDonalds has had a revamp -- and since then their service SUCKS!!! I went in there last week asking for the NAZO meals advertised -- no one knew a thing!! Then the cashier rang me up a "nazo meal" -- when I got home, all it was - was a mini cheese burger, small fries and small drink -- OMG!! Then -- a lady assisted me at the kiosk -- and I found that SAME meal for R35. I ordered it, along with nuggets for my daughter -- when I got home -- all that was in the bag was fries. I got fries and 2 drinks!!!!! Then YESTERDAY --- I ordered a salad. I waited, and waited and waited.... My number finally came up for collection. When I got to the counter, I was told that they were "just making the salad" I waited a further 20min before I LOST it!! I called for the Manager -- and I'm not sure if the gentleman who came has the Manager because he was so rude - he never ONCE looked up at me!! Never spoke to me. Never offered an apology. I eventually got the "salad" Lettuce, 4 slices of tomato, corn and 2 whole chicken burgers thrown ontop. I am utterly disgusted
