Unsatisfied with delivery order.

I recently placed an order with Mcdonald's Westwood in Durban for their medium size big mac and a cookies and cream ice coffee. First of all, I had placed the order at 18:00 and I received it at 20:00. The presentation of the big mac was messy and it was cold. it only had a patty without a sauce or cheese and lettuce. The cookies and cream ice coffee was just a regular ice coffee with just whipped cream on top. The coffee was overwhelmingly strong and as a result I was unable to drink it. I had ordered the cookies and cream ice coffee before at a different Mcdonald's and that's how I knew that what I got was not what I had ordered. I'm very dissapointed in their service.
