Unsatisfied Customer Service

Hi, I am highly disgusted of the level of service I received from both Sunward Park and Boksburg Mc Donalds, their level of customer service I'd atrocious and it has happened numerous times when I go to either of the two branches after midnight , I am told they can't take orders and they can't assist me wit no explanation just pure utter ****py attitudes and lack of customer service , it is a 24hr service which none of the two is capable of providing a service!!!
