Unsatisfied customer

Hi, I ordered a share box yesterday (3rd April 2019) when it was delivered there was a Big Mac burger missing and coldrinks were delivered with no holder I had to carry 4 drinks with 2 hands. I called the delivery line to follow up and am agent put me on hold to call the norkem park McDonald's for long. I hanged up and called again, spoke to a lady and said she will order a missing item order for me and it will be sent I'll also receive a call. But no one called. My family didnt have enough food since the burger was missing. Disappointed
