Unsatisfactory Service & Food

<p>This is the second time I am complaining about the service I have received at the McDonald Isando. Today decided to go through the drive thru, the lady took her time, waited a while, then when I got to the window, her attitude left a lot to be desired, collected my food, the oats was raw at the bottom, it was cold and hard.</p>
