Unsatisfactory Service Delivery

On Sunday the 01 /03/2015 at around 13h50 I drove into the drive through of McDonalds Phoenix and ordered 3 kiddies meals and two cool drinks as I have always done since they opened. Firstly the lady was not clear and told me I had to pay 3 Rand extra to change drinks. I informed her I was not changing drinks. I ordered meals. She was confused . I drove to the window and together with her , the manager and consultant they told me I could change the cooldrinks to Liquifruit juices. I told them for as long as I have been buying kiddies meals they alway came with liquifruit not cooldrink. These people insisted that Mcdonalds slways served kiddies meals with cooldrinks. Chain stores do not suddenly change menus as they feel. Never have I ever heard people insist on something when their practice has been different for years. <br> <br> It is pathetic that you want to add R3 to a meal that already comes with the drink. My Kids love McDonalds and I will never visit that store again. I would rather travel an extra 15 km to Gateway McDonalds where they actually serve what they advertise and dont change meals as they feel. Whats worse is when you order milkshake or ice cream their machine is broken
