Unsatisfactory service

Honestly had the worst customer service from Macdonalds Plumstead tonight , I ordered food through the drive thru and as I left I had one of the fries but it was cold and tasted as if it had just been warmed and served to me , my boyfriend then turned around and spoke to one of the workers and they’re exchanged it , however the fries I got the second time around was hard and they didn’t put on salt nor was there any ketchup in the bag . This is honestly terrible service , I’ve been coming to this Macdonalds since it opened and normally got better service than other take away places , pathetic service guys .
