Unreliable McDonald’s

I eat at McDonald’s every weekend and I always encounter little issues that I usually overlook but I just have to point out my disappointment and raise an issue that I encountered over the past two days.

For the past two day I’ve been trying to get milkshakes for me and my wife. Yesterday I went to Mc Donald’s and I was told that the milkshake machine was broken and this morning I was told that the machine is being cleaned.

I know this might seem petty and I could have gone out to get the milkshakes at a different time or at a different branch but why do I have to go through that trouble. When you you plan on getting something before you go to the branch you expect to get it. Due to the two disappointing encounters I feel like McDonald’s is unreliable.

What if I crave a certain meal and I get to McDonald’s but they don’t have it ?
