<p>We were waiting in the drive thru and payed and it went thru to the bank ... but we had to pay again because there system had a system failure and we had to pay again and they also did not refund us .... after words the order was wrong aswell and they did not even listen to our order ... it still did not refund thru the bank McDonalds East Value Mall service is pathetic and they have no remors what so ever for there customers and this is not the first time this has happend with us ....</p>
