unproffessional management

I bought breakfast at Mc donald woodlands on my way to work on saterday 14/10/2017.When they give the coffee they it was not sealed and it spilled on my work uniform as well as my car seat,as a reasonable person i asked for the manager (Viona) to sort the mistake only to be told i need to take off my trouser and she will dry it up.After hearing that I requested my moneyback as i could hear there was no sense in her reply.As a client I believe the matter should hve been sorted out otherwise.I like the company to take reposibility of the mess on my uniform as well as my car seat.
