It was my first time buying a meal at McDonalds Fourways Crossing this morning and it was a very bad experience. They didn’t have what I ordered and they didn’t tell me that I will have to wait for my order to be prepared, only when I got to the collection window that’s when they told me I will have to wait, then I told them I want a refund because I am going to work and can’t wait, they said they will make it fast fast then I told them no I can’t wait then they said okay we will cancel the order, I waited for long then they came to me with my order. Told them I didn’t wait there for long just for them to bring my order, I want to cancel my order but they were not willing to refund me.

They didn’t even see anything wrong with what they did because they only apologised after I told them that they even not apologising.

They ruined my morning, I will never buy from them again and I don’t recommend anyone to buy from them again.
