Unprofessional Staff at McDonald's - Palms Centre Boksburg

Went to McDonald's in Boksburg this afternoon around 14:00 at the Palms Centre and it was like I was at a taxi rank. The staff was screaming at each other, there was a female named Khanyi/Khanya who kept laughing like a hyena the whole time. The very same female then emerges from the back and starts using her cell phone at the till right in front of the customers.

1)Why don't the staff members have name badges? 2)Is it appropriate for staff to be fiddling with their cell phones during work hours? What about hygiene? 3)The service was very slow because serving customers was not a priority for them. They had other things to discuss. 4)After people have left their tables there's nobody ready and waiting to wipe down the table for the next customer 5)There's nobody at the door waiting to sanitize and do the whole temperature thing. Or is Covid19 a thing of the past and I didn't get the memo?

Really McDonald's, this is unacceptable. Train your employees and make sure you hire professionals who know how to behave in the workplace. It may not be a fine dining experience but sometimes people go to McDonald's to have some time to themselves and the last thing they need is a background noise of rowdy staff members cackling like hyenas.
