Unprofessional staff at McDonald's Gateway in Pretoria

I didn't appreciate what I saw at McDonald's Gateway in Pretoria. The unprofessional staff I mean the whole team are really unprofessional. The management and crew acting as the owner of the store , flies on the drinks ,... if it was possible to publish all the pictures I took you were going to see what I mean. Are we still allowed to complain about the bad customer service at McDonald's South Africa?
