Unprofessional Staff.

I was at McDonalds Berra where they got my order totally wrong, as they had no mustard. The lady refused me a refund and I heard the guy making the burger in the background give him an extra patty if he doesn’t like it he must go.

I have sent multiple emails but still do not have the matter resolved
