Unprofessional Service

We ordered a meal through MrD and after an hour of waiting, we called the restaurant to find out if the order was received because there were no updates on the app. We got hold of one of the staff members named Isaac, he informed us that the MrD drivers were all busy and that if we want to collect we can come through and collect the order. We got ready and drove to the store only to be told that the order has left, why weren't we informed that the order has left and we shouldn't come through to collect anymore? We drove back and found the driver. The food was just cold and dry
