Unprofessional, Lack of time management s****

I received a pathetic Service from Rosebank's MacDonald's. I placed an order telephonically and I was informed that I must expect my order in 15 minutes time. They called after 15 minutes and told me that the order will be 10 minutes late due to rain( it was drizzling). 10 minutes passed and I called them to follow up as it was not longer drizzling and they said I must wait another 5 minutes. I waited for more than 30 minutes to get my order and what ****ed me off is that the delivery guy sent me a call back to ask me to come fetch my food downstairs as he felt like he will not deliver at my doorstep yet I was charged for delivery.
