Unprofessional idiots they should go for training again!!!!

their service is so poor i hate dealing with Macdonald's Observatory they are unprofessional the first time i went there i asked for a breakfast burger and a Mcflurry they give me the burger and then let me wait only to tell me a half an hour later that the damn! machine is not working my second experience i got was when i ordered my food at 12:00am and only received it at 15:00pm two hours later, and today i go to them i ordered a meal with extra Medium Fries i pay for everything only to get to work to discover that one Fries is missing and they didn't give the correct small change, then i call and i speak to the manager who told me that the drivers would bring it to me along with my small change let's hope i get my Medium fries like i asked for IDIOTS!!!!!
