unprofessional for business

so myself and my family goes to macdonalds drive thru at such a busy time for fast food restaurants its understandable that the service will be a bit delayed none the less we stand in the drive thru for about 20-25 minutes only to get to the speaker to order and find that its out of order letting another five cars pass us we eventually get to the speaker thats in order, then we order and this girl with a very bad attitude keeps shouting \HA"over the speaker.when we eventually get our order everythings messed up"
