I called the call centre at 21:58 and according to your website and my understanding the call centre for delivery closes at 22:00 . I spoke to Noluthando and she first said at 21:58 the call centre is close after me insisting to be accommodated she then claims that N1 City had a technical problem but my colleague order and nothing was wrong. I am disgusted to think that Mc Donalds call centre agents gets trained to lie to customers who spends their money at the franchise but I'll make sure that the whole of South Africa gets to see and hear of this incident. I requested to speak to a supervisor then Noluthando claims that all supervisors are gone after a while I get to speak to Terence and obviously its now after 22:00 and then he claims they close the more I'm explaining I called in before 22:00.
