Unprofessional Behavior and rude service

This is my second time coming to the Macdonald in nkomo village and for the second time I have ordered something and I have to wait 15 minutes or more to be serviced for just making a payment. What's going to happen when I have to wait for my food. The staff is completely unprofessional even the management when you complain the just over look your complain and not even give you attention
