UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE !!! SO DISGUSTING !!!

<p>My friends and I decided to go catch a grab at McDonalds at Southgate on sunday 23 September, at arounf 4pm. We were refused to place orders and were told that they are offline to take orders like really ???</p> <p>that time they staff was just sitting around and doing nothing...We were then told to go to KFC, when we asked for their manager and their number they refused. To top that up the same guy helping us REFUSED TO GIVE US HIS NAME ! I am so disgusted by the service of this Mcdonald's I am a HUUUGE fan of Mcdonalds and I was just so disgusted by the way we were treated as customers PAYING CUSTOMERS to top that off, THEY SERVICE WAS COMPLETELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL !!!</p>
