Unprofessional and unacceptable service

I ordered a burger meal as well as a single burger via Uber eats at McDonalds Jean Ave. When the Uber eats driver arrived at us we told him that the order was incomplete, he then took my details and the missing order and went back to McDonalds Jean Ave,

The driver then phoned me and said that the manager at McDonalds Jean Ave told him that they will not help him with the missing order and that he should go.

I think this is very unprofessional of the manager as well as McDonalds Jean Ave staff. This is also not the first time we have had the same problems with this specific McDonalds branch, the staff there is very unfriendly and act like they are doing you a favor by serving you.

I would also like to take the opportunity to thank the Uber eats driver, who's name is Olumide Olukayode, for his effort in going back and trying to help us sorting out this mistake.
