Unprofessional and Poor service

I am very angry with the service I have received at Mac Donald's E.C East London Retail Park. Came there to collect my order on lunch time 1/04/2026. I have been standing there at collection counter more than 5 minutes Noone appears to assist. After a while a lady came to give other people their orders, I have requested mine as well and she recognized my order, on her way to take it she was approached by a White guy to be assisted at kiosk,,she went with that Guy,left me standing there. When I ask her if she wasn't helping me her reply was that "You have already bought your food moss and our priority is the people who are at the kios" I continued waiting there with no one to come and help me until I went where they prepare food and call on the ladies to give me my order.

This is disgusting,Mc Donald's you need to teach your people what a customer service is. When we do orders for collect we avoid standing on the ques while we are on lunch, so what's the difference if I spent 15 minutes standing on the counter just for collection?
