Unprofessional and Poor Service

<p>I had the worst experience with Mc Donald when i ordered online, I waited from 3:53-5:30 to get my order delivered and spoke to an uncultured, ill mannered and unprofessional indivudual when i called to find out where the food was the order was totally wrong delivered the correct goods to a different address my total experience was shocking and this wasnt the first time and you know what nothing was done about it, i sent an email yesterday and complained on the website and noe has got back to me. I wonder what type of business they run. Very dissappointing</p>
